The house is electrically heated. Linen and towels can be provided at £9 per person (not for use outside the house). Please request at time of booking.

Rental charge per week (2012)

• January 2012 - £320.00 - £260.00 per week

• February 2012 - £260.00 - £300.00 per week

• March 2012 - £300.00  per week

• April 2012 - £360.00 per week

• May 2012 - £400.00 per week

• June 2012 - £400 - £420.00 per week

• July 2012 - £450.00 - £500.00 per week

• August 2012 - £500.00 per week

• September 2012 - £420.00 - £500 per week

• October 2012 - £360.00 - £400.00 per week

• November 2012 - £260.00 per week

• December 2012 - £260.00 - £320.00 per week

Bookings are normally with a Saturday changeover - other days may be accommodated by negotiation. The key will be available from 4pm on arrival. Please vacate by 10am on day of departure.

Extras: Baby/toddler equipment can be provided including cot, high/low chair, babybath, stairgate. Please bring your own cot-linen.

Linen is available at £9 per person.

Pets are welcome. Pets

must be kept downstairs and off the furniture!(£20 extra per week). Please provide your own pooperscoop and bags.
