Accomodation

The house currently sleeps 4 in one double and one twin bedroom upstairs. There is a WC with washbasin upstairs, and shower room downstairs, again with WC and washbasin. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

There is a large dining area at one end. The living room has an inglenook fireplace with a log burner (logs can be supplied). There is a TV (with British satellite connection) DVD and video.


The garden has a spacious patio area with barbeque. Garden furniture and some games (eg croquet, badminton, boules) are provided.

Le Hamel is a non-smoking house.


Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - kingsize (room for cot). Bedroom 2 - twin (room for cot).
Bathrooms: Upstairs: WC with washbasin. Downstairs: shower room with WC and washbasin.
Kitchen: Gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Living Rooms: Kitchen has large dining area at one end, with views to garden. Large sitting room with inglenook fireplace with efficient woodburning stove (some logs provided) TV (UK satellite) DVD and video.
Other: Lockable storage for your bicycles etc in outbuildings. Also built-in BBQ on patio, plus boules, croquet, badminton stored in barn. Plenty of parking space.
